Elliott Wright, Esq.

Senior Attorney

Elliott Wright is a senior attorney at Kahana Feld's Houston, Texas office. He is a sixth-year attorney with extensive casualty litigation experience. Mr. Wright has worked in defense for the past two years in litigation concerning motor vehicle accidents, premises liability claims, construction defects, professional liability claims and product liability claims. Through his work, he has successfully obtained dispositive motions, taken dozens of depositions, handled cases from its initial assignment to its close and participated in trials. Moreover, Mr. Wright has developed mutually beneficial professional relationships with the insurance carriers he has worked for in the past through adhering to reporting guidelines and maintaining consistent communication for updates on cases. Mr. Wright prides his self on the intricacies of the law and is aggressive in obtaining a favorable outcome for his clients through discovery tools and depositions.

Mr. Wright graduated from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2017, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree. While at SMU, he was the Vice President of Black Law Student Association, Secretary of the Sports and Entertainment Law Association and a student representative for BarBri. As a student representative of BarBri, he assisted fellow students in their bar preparation. Before law school, Mr. Wright graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in communication. At the University of Houston, Elliott held several leadership roles with the Metropolitan Volunteer Program and was the President of the Eta Mu Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
