Christina Pingaro, Esq.

Christina is a member of Kahana Feld’s National Appellate Litigation & Consulting group and concentrates her practice on medical malpractice, general liability, premises liability, and labor law matters throughout New York. An experienced appellate litigator, Christina has handled all phases of drafting and review of appellate briefs in complex matters through oral argument on appeal. She serves as appellate monitoring counsel at trial and frequently works to shape legal issues and properly preserve the record to litigate those issues on appeal. Christina has a considerable background in drafting and arguing both trial and post-trial motions. She also has experience litigating general liability and medical malpractice matters from the inception of a case to resolution.
