Brian Morris is a partner in Kahana Feld’s Las Vegas office and a member of the Trucking and Transportation practice group. Brian has more than 15 years of experience defending transportation providers, commercial carriers, insurers, and businesses in matters involving catastrophic injury, regulatory compliance, complex liability litigation, and commercial disputes. He also has extensive experience handling matters involving regulatory compliance, driver conduct, fleet operations, and business disputes. Before joining Kahana Feld, Brian founded and led his own litigation practice, where he managed high-exposure cases in both state and federal courts. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Army, where he served on active duty as a Combat Engineer.
