Brad Stuckey, Esq.

Partner

Brad Stuckey serves as a Partner at Kahana Feld's Los Angeles office, bringing extensive experience in all aspects of employment litigation across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. He litigates diverse areas such as wrongful discharge, discrimination and harassment suits, retaliation, whistleblower claims, wage and hour disputes, and unfair competition matters. Mr. Stuckey has taken on the role of lead counsel in both jury and bench trials, binding arbitrations, government administrative proceedings and has briefed/presented oral arguments before the California Courts of Appeal.

Beyond litigation, Mr. Stuckey provides proactive counseling for management. Including offering guidance on employment policies and handbooks, employee hiring, retention, performance and termination, accommodations/interactive process, employment contracts, and workplace compliance. He also undertakes responsibilities related to harassment and discrimination investigations. In this capacity, Mr. Stuckey has served as outside general counsel for numerous businesses in Northern and Southern California, spanning industries such as construction, insurance brokerage, hotels, and transportation.
