Brian Maxwell

Brian Maxwell serves as the Chief People Officer of Kahana Feld. He is a seasoned human resources executive with more than 25 years of experience leading talent strategy and organizational development.  

Prior to joining Kahana Feld, he held multiple senior leadership roles at one of the world’s largest professional services organizations. In these positions, he advised C-suite executives on succession planning, inclusion and diversity, workforce mobility, and large-scale HR initiatives impacting tens of thousands of professionals worldwide. Most recently, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at a national law firm, where he partnered with firm leadership to align human capital strategy with business objectives, overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition, development, and employee relations.
