IRVINE, CA – Feb. 3, 2025 – Kahana Feld is pleased to announce that senior attorney Brittney H. Aquino was named as one of 10 Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) Phenoms Under 40 for 2025. CLM praised this year’s 10 nominees for “both the sheer amount of responsibilities they have taken on at their firms and companies, and their firm grasp of cutting-edge industry trends and technology.” Of the 10 nominees, Ms. Aquino is one of five finalists for the award who will be honored at the CLM Annual Conference April 9 – 11, 2025, in Dallas, Texas. She is also currently the Director of Education for the CLM Orange County Chapter.
Ms. Aquino is a member of Kahana Feld’s General Liability and Construction Defect practice groups. In addition to her extensive experience handing catastrophic property and casualty matters, she also serves as an associate liaison at Kahana Feld. In this role, she serves as a mentor for associate attorneys, handling substantive questions and providing advice on associate responsibilities.
Additionally, Ms. Aquino was instrumental in organizing Kahana Feld’s first softball game fundraiser, which raised more than $10,000 for the Children’s Hospital of Orange County’s Thompson Autism Center.

The Phenoms Under 40 list was first launched in 2022 and highlights a select number of claims resolution and litigation professionals who are making a significant impact in their roles.
