Marina Barci is a member of the National Appellate Litigation & Consulting Group in the Buffalo office. Barci has experience in a variety of areas including multiple types of litigation and corporate transactions. Her appellate practice includes general defense litigation, premises liability, New York labor law claims, automotive liability, products liability, and contract disputes.
Gabriella Castro is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office and is a member of the General Liability group. Castro focuses her practice on insurance defense in both state and federal courts. She is experienced in premises liability, trucking, habitability, construction defect litigation, and family law.
David Cheng is a member of the National Appellate Litigation & Consulting Group and is based in the New York City office. Cheng has significant experience serving as appellate monitoring counsel on major trials. He is also experienced in federal practice, conceptualizing and drafting appellate briefs and dispositive and other motions on catastrophic property and casualty matters of all kinds, constitutional law, and tort theory.
Corey Collins is based in the Houston office and is a member of the General Liability and Construction Law practice groups. Collins is a skilled civil litigator who handles complex construction defect matters in both state and federal courts. He has significant experience conducting depositions, mediations, and drafting motions for both individuals and businesses in the construction industry.
