Pascal Arteaga is based in the firm’s Houston office and is a member of the Construction Law practice group. He represents clients in contract-based litigation, representing a wide range of parties—including general contractors, subcontractors, developers, architects, and engineers—in disputes involving residential, commercial, and industrial construction. Additionally, he has experience in real estate and business transactions, including entity formation, purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and financing.
Andrew Mantione is based in the New York City office and is a member of the General Liability group. He has extensive experience in insurance defense, personal injury, intentional tort, and civil rights matters. Andrew focuses his practice primarily on premises liability, automotive liability, and matters involving New York State Labor Law. During his career, he has represented a wide array of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, insurance companies, and self-insured religious institutions.
