Kahana Feld Welcomes Two New Partners to the Firm

IRVINE, CA – March 28, 2025 – Kahana Feld is pleased to announce that Kalliopi (Popi) Kousis and Leah O’Leary recently joined the firm as partners.

Kalliopi Kousis is based in the New York office and is a member of the firm’s General Liability Group and Trucking & Transportation Group. She focuses her practice on construction, insurance, and business-related matters and litigation. Kousis has experience leading several complex, multiparty construction defect, general, and transportation claims on behalf of insurance carriers, transportation companies, and corporations in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey.

Leah O’Leary is based in the firm’s Austin office and a member of the firm’s National Appellate Litigation and Consulting Group and General Liability Group. With first-chair experience in over 30 trials across federal and state courts, O’Leary handles matters from inception to conclusion, including on appeal. Her extensive experience serving as lead counsel includes motion practice, discovery, alternative dispute resolution, contested hearings, jury and bench trials, and appeal.
