Robert Fishkin, Esq.
Partner
Robert Fishkin is a Partner in Kahana Feld’s New York City office. He is an accomplished Trial Attorney with more than 30 years of experience in civil defense litigation, with expertise in New York Labor Law, auto/trucking, premises and coverage, as well as SIU/Fraud. He has a proven track record of effectively protecting the interests of insurers and their insureds from case inception through trial. In the private sector he has represented companies in the construction industry, the car and truck rental industry, TPAs and small businesses. He has also held leadership positions as in-house counsel for several insurance companies, including Selective Insurance, MetLife, Zurich and Farmers.
Robert is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York, as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Robert enjoys spending time with his family as well as playing the guitar and piano.
