Emma Schwab, Esq.

Emma Schwab is an attorney at Kahana Feld’s New York office. Ms. Schwab primarily focuses her practice on New York Labor Law and general liability matters. Previously, Ms. Schwab worked at a New York City defense firm where she handled professional liability matters and gained broad civil litigation experience defending attorneys, accountants, and other professionals.

Ms. Schwab earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where served as Senior Notes Editor on the Cardozo Law Review. Ms. Schwab also worked as a legal intern for the Community Service Society of New York, providing free legal services to New Yorkers seeking to navigate the complex health care system.

In her free time, Ms. Schwab enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and exploring her neighborhood.
