William P. (Pat) Durland, Esq.

William P. (Pat) Durland is a Senior Attorney at Kahana Feld, and brings over thirty-six years of experience to the firm. He is a member of the Trucking & Transportation practice group. Previously, Mr. Durland was part of the GEICO San Antonio staff council office. He was an assistant city attorney III with the City of San Antonio and the the litigation manager for the Bexar Appraisal District, where he both practiced law and supervised the practice of law by other attorneys with a tax roll of over one hundred billion dollars.

Mr. Durland has tried a variety of cases both first chair and in a secondary role in a variety of counties in Texas and has 5 published appeals, all of which were successful. He has also participated in numerous non-jury trials and administrative proceedings. He has taken several hundred depositions, including expert depositions, and appeared in court over one hundred times to present or defend various motions.
