Stephanie Monroe Wilson, Esq. is Of Counsel for Kahana Feld, certified to practice law in Arizona and Washington, D.C. Mrs. Wilson received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 1992 and graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law with her J.D. in 1995. Mrs. Wilson's areas of practice include general civil litigation, real estate, contract, construction defects, homeowner associations, loan fraud, lender representation, lender liability, appraiser liability and home inspector liability.  Mrs. Wilson is also a licensed in Arizona as real estate agent.  She taught as an adjunct professor for the paralegal program at the Phoenix College in Phoenix, Arizona, from 1997 through 2010, teaching real estate law each year and also probate law for two semesters.

Mrs. Wilson also teaches classes, primarily on homeowner associations, at the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. She has been on the faculty for continuing education real estate law seminars, including Mold is Gold and Real Estate Law from A to Z in Arizona and authors several articles each year for the Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business, since 2000. These articles cover topics on construction law, homeowners associations, home inspectors, appraisers, real estate disclosure, foreclosure and general real estate law matters.  In addition, Mrs. Wilson has taught continuing legal education for Arizona attorneys on various real estate law issues. Mrs. Wilson is also a contributing author of the Arizona Business Law Deskbook, Vol. 9A.
