About Stephanie L. Millea, Esq.

Stephanie L. Millea is a Partner with Kahana & Feld. Ms. Millea’s practice focuses largely on the defense of corporate entities and individuals in the context of litigated and pre-litigation claims involving construction matters, real property disputes, business disputes and general liability cases, among others. Ms. Millea has significant experience in insurance defense and representation of general contractors in California complex construction defect cases, often involving a dozen or more parties. Ms. Millea has also defended numerous clients in business litigation and in cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. Ms. Millea is particularly adept at utilizing dispositive motions and the pursuit of cross-complaint/cross-claim strategies to better protect her clients in the context of high exposure cases. Outside of the office, Ms. Millea enjoys teaching her daughter to “swim in the ocean like a dolphin” and cheering on the California Golden Bears.
