About Sharde S. Marks, Esq

Shardé S. Marks, Esq. is an attorney in the Houston office of Kahana Feld as part of the firm's General Liability and Insurance Defense litigation practice groups.  Ms. Marks has represented clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters with experience in motion practice, hearings, mediations, and bench trials. She has worked in general liability, personal injury, workers’ compensation, as well as complex litigation matters.

Ms. Marks received her J.D. degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2012. During law school, Ms. Marks was a dean's list recipient, Review Editor of the the law school journal, intern at the Harris County Public Defender's Office, member of the criminal law clinic, and member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Before law school, Ms. Marks graduated from Mississippi State University where she majored in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.

Ms. Marks is passionate about volunteering at outreach programs and mentoring high schoolers and for fun enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and hanging with her Yorkie, Reeses.
