Kraig Kilger, Esq.

Kraig Kilger, Esq., a partner at Kahana Feld's Irvine office and concentrates his practice on Real Estate Law. Mr. Kilger is an expert in real estate and business transactional matters. His experience spans all phases of residential and commercial real estate development, including acquisitions, financing, planning, entitlement, development, construction, leasing, and sales. Additionally, Mr. Kilger counsels clients on the formation and governance of business entities, including the structuring of joint ventures, and provides guidance on general business matters.

Mr. Kilger earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California at Davis, King Hall School of Law, where he graduated with honors and was nominated to the Order of the Coif. During law school, he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law, and was the winner of the Roger J. Traynor California Moot Court Competition. Mr. Kilger earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Business from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he graduated cum laude.

Mr. Kilger is a member of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) and the California Lawyers Association. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers and is an AV Preeminent Attorney.

Kraig enjoys spending his free time at the beach or boating and fishing.
