About Elsie Lynn Secoquian, Esq.

Elsie Lynn Secoquian, Esq. is an associate in the Irvine office of Kahana Feld.  Ms. Secoquian is an experienced litigator and has represented clients in matters regarding general liability, insurance defense, personal injury, construction defect, professional liability, and employment litigation.  She has regularly appeared on behalf of and successfully defended her clients at trial, arbitration and other dispute resolution forums.  Ms. Secoquian was a trial attorney and in-house counsel for Farmers Insurance, Fred Loya Insurance and GEICO where she defended against personal injury and premises liability claims.

Ms. Secoquian is a founding member of the Filipino-American Lawyers of Orange County.  She has served as a board of director from 2016 - 2021 and as President from 2021 - 2022.  Ms. Secoquian has also served as a board of director at California Western School of Law, Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego, and Filipino American Lawyers of San Diego.  She is a lifetime member of the Philippine American Bar Association and member of the National Filipino American Lawyers Association.  In addition to being an active member of the legal community, Ms. Secoquian enjoys traveling and cooking.
