Cecilia Hong, Esq.

Cecilia Hong is a partner in Kahana Feld’s Irvine office and a member of the Labor & Employment Counseling and Litigation Group. She represents businesses of all sizes across a range of industries and focuses her practice on the defense of wage and hour disputes, class actions, whistleblower claims, and wrongful termination. Her practice spans both state and federal courts, where she adeptly handles all phases of employment disputes.

In addition to her litigation practice, Cecilia has extensive experience acting in an advisory capacity on behalf of her clients on matters including employee privacy rights, terminations, investigations into employee complaints, and employee relations, discipline, and compensation.

Cecilia is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Orange County Korean American Bar Association, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Marian Bergeson Excellence in Public Services Series and the California Women's Leadership Association.
