Archie Chin, Esq.

Archie Chin is a senior attorney in the Los Angeles office of Kahana Feld. His practice focuses on products liability, construction accidents, construction defect, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, landlord/tenant and other general liability claims.

Admitted to the California State Bar in 1989, and for over the thirty plus years of his career, Mr. Chin has defended many types of tort claims including governmental tort liability, professional liability, pharmaceutical, subrogation claims, toxic torts and insurance “bad faith” claims.  He has also handled matters involving, on both the plaintiff and defense side, business litigation, real estate litigation and commercial collections as well as transactional matters involving public finance and municipal bonds.  Mr. Chin is very experienced in all phases of litigation and trial, including law and motion practice, discovery, depositions, expert discovery, ADR and trial preparation.  He has significant first, as well as second chair, jury trial and bench trial experience in both unlimited and limited jurisdiction courts. Mr. Chin was most recently with Ericksen Arbuthnot.

Archie is originally from Boston, Massachusetts and lives and dies on the fortunes of his Boston Red Sox.  He is also active in youth ice hockey in Southern California and has been a volunteer for more than 15 years with the Pasadena Maple Leafs youth hockey team.
