Alexa P. Stephenson, Esq. is a Partner at Kahana Feld in the business, construction, employment, general liability, real estate, and financial services litigation practice groups. Alexa focuses on preserving and defending the rights of California businesses and contractors in federal, state, and administrative courts including breach of contract, negligent construction, breach of warranty, disgorgement, premises liability, indemnity, involuntary corporate dissolution, fraud, interference with prospective economic advantage, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful foreclosure, securities, and bankruptcy claims. She also has served as appellate monitoring counsel on significant matters and has extensive experience determining resolution strategy for significant and catastrophic property and casualty matters of all kinds, including drafting and arguing various dispositive and statutory motions.
