Adam Amirault, Esq.

Attorney

Adam Amirault is an attorney in Kahana Feld’s Buffalo office. As a member of the firm’s National Appellate Litigation & Consulting Group. Mr. Amirault values the challenge of untangling complex issues and finding effective solutions for his clients. He has briefed and argued appeals focusing on constitutional rights, statutory interpretation, and procedural matters.

Before beginning his legal career, Mr. Amirault worked in the investment industry in communication and regulatory analyst roles. There, his responsibilities included analyzing changes in industry regulations and drafting communications describing the changes to internal stakeholder, financial advisors, and clients. In those roles, he discovered his ability to analyze legal concepts and communicate effectively with different audiences.

Mr. Amirault began his legal career as an appellate attorney in the criminal legal sector. He first joined the Appeals and Post-Conviction Unit of the Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo during law school as a New York Pro Bono Scholar, remained in that unit after graduation as a staff attorney, and later served as the unit’s Managing Attorney. It was there that he refined his research, analysis, and writing skills that he now relies upon to provide excellent service to Kahana Feld’s clients.
