Elaine Lee is senior counsel in Kahana Feld’s New York City office and is a member of the General Liability practice group. She has more than 20 years of experience spanning personal injury, real estate, surrogate matters, and commercial litigation. She has represented plaintiffs in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, and wrongful death cases, as well as handled contract disputes, foreclosure actions, and landlord/tenant matters. She also has prior experience in financial crimes, anti-money laundering, and regulatory compliance.
