Rina Hunter serves as Chief Operating Officer at Kahana Feld. With two decades of law firm experience, including legal operations and business administration, Rina is a trusted strategic advisor to Kahana Feld’s executive leadership, managing partners, and key stakeholders.

As COO, Rina has remained focused on building a strong operational infrastructure designed to support Kahana Feld’s rapid expansion and to ensure sustainable long-term growth and organizational success.

Before joining Kahana Feld, Rina held senior leadership roles at several prominent law firms. Notably, she served as a Director of Administration and global leader at Latham & Watkins. Before joining Latham, Rina was a Litigation Associate at Skadden and served on the Associates Committee.

Rina specializes in delivering strategic, innovative solutions that align with business goals while addressing complex organizational challenges. She has spent most of her career operationalizing transformational change, launching new departments and offices for global firms to break into new markets or strengthen their presence in existing ones.
