Kahana Feld is pleased to announce that Joshua Offenhartz has joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s Phoenix office. He is a member of the firm’s General Liability, Trucking & Transportation, Construction Law, and Business & Commercial Litigation Groups.

Offenhartz is a native Arizonan and has extensive experience managing all phases of litigation, representing clients in a range of industries, including construction, culinary, e-commerce, fine jewelry, agriculture, and more. He works alongside entrepreneurs and business owners, handling all phases of litigation and frequently serving as outside counsel in an advisory capacity. Offenhartz helps business owners anticipate potential legal pitfalls as well as opportunities for strategic growth.
